Dirty Rhythm
Dirty Rhythm were an exceptional melodic hair metal band, with a sound at times similar to Skid Row and Cry Wolf. But like so many melodic glam bands of the early 90's, they faded without a trace.
The band consisted of Jeffrey Michael Bonds (vocals), Brian Harrison (guitar and keyboard), Anthony Brian Greenham (bass, who appeared as a guitarist on Annihilator's 1989 album Alice In Hell) and Samuel Zern (drums).
The bands debut album, Hard As A Rock, was produced by Loverboy guitarist Paul Dean in Burnaby, British Columbia. Just prior to the albums release, Troy Miller replaced Zern. The record, and it's single "Hot N' Cold", sank without a trace, and Dirty Rhythm faded into obscurity. A new album featuring unreleased tracks from the Hard As A Rock sessions is due soon.
